On Tuesday, we'll be exploring what stress really is, and how it affects our bodies and minds. We'll break down the stress response map and discuss the six different stress responses, so you can gain a better understanding of how stress shows up in your life.

But knowledge alone won't solve the problem of stress. That's why on Wednesday, we'll be hosting a share and care room where we can come together and share our tips and tricks for managing stress. Whether it's through mindfulness, exercise, or self-care, there are many ways to reduce stress and take care of ourselves.
